Construct your Auto Door

In This Order:

1. Place a prim to be a "doormat" at the door you wish to open, making it long enough to be stepped on from each side of the door.
2. This "doormat" prim can be transparent or the door mat texture of your choice.
3. Link to the linkset containing the doors, making sure neither the doors nor the doormat are the root prim.
4. Name the doormat the same as the door you wish it to open.
5. Drop in the script. (edit linked parts to assure that the script is placed in the doormat)
6. No need to reset the system, but wait for the script to load.

TO GET AUTOMATIC AUTO DOOR UPDATES rez one of the following:
The NOVA Auto Door v1.3 (packing box)
The NOVA Auto Door v1.3 Script (item contained in the packing box)

Troubleshooting

• Your doors are set to "Stay Open" and when you step on the doormat, the doors close
  • Make sure your doors are set to Autoclose. The Auto Door opener and the Stay Open setting are NOT compatible.
  • If you would like Stay Open doors, please touch your Auto Door doormat to turn off the Auto Door feature.
• If you return your NOVA System doors to Autoclose after having them set to Stay Open, please reset your Delay Time setting to reactivate your Delay Time feature.
